Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy:
Any merchandise that is received damaged due to its shipping from our office to your home will be replaced at no charge for the same merchandise. We do not accept returns.
Ticket Return Policy:
Once the Scholars Program receives your check, money order, or credit card order for baseball tickets, there are no returns accepted or cancellation available. In the case of a rainout or game cancellation, the regular exchange policies of the Major League Baseball team who is hosting the event applies.
Shipping and Shipping Time:
All orders are sent via U.S. Mail. For baseball ticket orders, your tickets will be mailed approximately two weeks before your event. For Merchandise orders, orders that do not include a book please allow 6-8 weeks. For orders that include a book, they will be mailed as soon as they return from the publisher.
